This enables the presenters to identify you in the webinar and in attendance reports. You may also be asked to provide additional information, such as your organization.
When can I get into the webinar?
Attendees can join webinars up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time (provided the presenters have opened the webinar).

This is a bandwidth issue either at your connection or the Presenter's. If it becomes distracting you can close the video display panel. You will still be able to hear the presentation and see the slides.

If chat is enabled by the session host, click the text chat panel at the right of the webinar window, enter your text and click send.

More Information... Additional Help NeededFor additional Webinar help and information: contact the 24/7 WebEx Global Support Team at 1-866-229-3239 (US/Canada). For a list of international contact numbers please visit: support.webex.com The webinar audio-video streaming works best over fast, stable, and wired Internet connections (not wireless). We recommend checking your system ahead of time for the following: Internet connectivity High-speed connection (broadband required) Wired (Ethernet cable) connection Bandwidth Ask your IT staff to help ensure that the available bandwidth is adequate for your online meeting or conference. Presenters should have upload speeds of at least 300 kbps, and 100 kbps is recommended for attendees. For screen sharing and video streaming, we recommend 400 to 500 kbps for presenters and 300 kbps for attendees. Test your connection speed (to Los Angeles, CA.) with any online speed test, for example: Prepare your system for webinar readiness by going to Prepare your computer (one-time installation) and following the onscreen instructions. Firewall issues If your organization has high security settings, your IT staff should check access to the webinar through your firewall. Please ensure that Ports 80 and 1935 are open.
